The grill is just the right size when cooking for two. I like the two burners. What ’s different is the need for water to use the grill. I didn ’ t experience any flare ups while cooking, however getting rid of the water is a pain when you ’ re at a campground since it has grease in it.

I 'm pretty happy with this stove. It fits nicely inside my kettle, works well for larger pans( even up to 8 inches), and get's nice and hot. I paired it with stabilizer legs as with the large canisters it can get quite tall. The one downside is having to bring a separate igniter.

Pro 14 two burner cooktop Went to our inaugural Halloween bike ride and one of the guys pulled out a older version of the Pro 14 two burner cooktop and griddle. I could n't believe how easily it setup, cleaned up and made a ton of food for every that came that day. It worked so well that my wife and I ordered one immediately to use on our own trips, gatherings and just some Sunday morning cookout fun. We also purchased the two burner griddle and griddle carrying bags for both the stove and griddle, so nice to keep everything neat and sorted. I 've only used it a couple of times so far but one thing i really noticed was how nice the burner control is, you can turn it down all the way and not worry about the burner flaming out. My only complaint which is minor is that the flip out red lid covers do n't sit completely flat like my friends did. Perhaps they will wear in with a bit more use.

[ This actually comes double boxed which I really like because it protects the product. It is very heavy because of the pot being cast iron. The pot is a 5 gallon cast iron with feet and it's pre- seasoned which is awesome. It also has an aluminum lid to cover the pot. The frame of the pot you bought together so it's provides extra sturdiness for the cooker. It's heated by using a propane tank. This is awesome for tailgating or for camping because even though it's called the jambalaya pot you can virtually cook tons of stuff in this like chili or soups or do a fish fry. The only thing it says you can not use it for is to fry a whole turkey which is understandable because it's only 5 gallon. If you love camping or tailgating or just like to have a pot instead of a grill this is awesome to have. For my large family we do a lot of Chili's and gumbos and soups so this is going to really be great on our next camping trip in a couple of weeks

Great Stove. I own three total, but this one is our elk camp stove. We use it 3 weeks per year and it's buried in a stash on our property the rest of the year. It's been up there for 18 years and fires up every time we pull it out. I have to agree with the majority of the people that have rated this stove anyone else was rated at less than five stars absolutely has no clue what they 're doing. I have wiped mine down repeatedly with all kinds of cleaners etc the finish on this product is second to none it's well applied powder coat and it is solid and I mean solid is not cheap tinsy little metal like some of these old camp kitchens. I especially love the burners cooking in the wind they 've held up beautifully I 'm able to boil water at no time at all and the heat that's produced by those burners is fantastic it's the last stove I think I 'll ever buy I 've got a trailer and I 've got a Jeep and it's going in both of them!

I 've been using my BBQ grill box with my Explorer for 10+ years. It has been used as an every- day grill, camping grill, party grill, baseball tournament grill, etc... very heavy usage. Zero issues. I estimate that I have prepared over 300 meals with it. The grill box has now worn out( the grate plate below the cooking surface finally rusted and broke through and is coming apart). Our family has several stoves ranging in size for backpacking and kayaking to car camping to portable cooking for large crowds. This single burner is great by itself or in combo with a two burner or another single burner for weekend camping. You save the room on your picnic table and the power of this stove boils water in a jiffy for coffee and cooks up breakfast for six in a jiffy using the single burner griddle( sold separately) on medium low heat. We very rarely use our table top stoves anymore- the quality at 30k BTU output more than makes up for the added bulk if you have room. In my opinion this is the best Coleman Stove. The clicking igniter is more durable than the push button type and it does n't move the whole stove when trying to lite- up. The wind deflectors are simple and perform as advertised, the grate is durable and provides adequate support. I expect to have 50 year life with this stove in which it will outlast me. I have been using Coleman camping products since 1963 and this retro stove is the one to buy.

Awesome. I use this on every backpacking trip. It is definitely big, but if you 're cooking for multiple people having the space is well worth it. I will use the cup to mix up food and stuff in( some people are more purists and only ever allow water in their jetboil) but using it to actually mix stuff up means you do n't have to pack extra pots and pans which is a big plus. And it is big enough to stick your fuel cans and stove and utensils, etc. inside. And having the measuring markers makes it even more useful too. Great workhorse.

I bought two of these stash. Cook sets one for myself and one for my sister. My sister had experienced a really bad storm in DFW without power so I sent her one of these so she could make lentils and rice. It came in clutch! The second use case I have for it is… I feed my dog, the honest kitchen brand food, which is basically freeze dried human grade, but in powder form. You basically mix it up with hot water and make a nice thick porridge. I keep one in my truck so that I could quickly heat up or barely warm up the water to make a hot meal for my coco pup basically anywhere we are! Plug: i also own the 3 other JetBoils. The Genesis full system, micro mo and mini mo. Took the mini mo to Banff and made the Food- for- sole brand meals. It was amazing to have it take care of 6 people using it taking turns. I purchased. BB30 BBQ for my Pro 60 14 ” stove. After purchase I found that the BBQ would not close completely with the pizza stone inserted in the BBQ. The two tabs that secure the BBQ grate during transport provide an interference with the pizza stone. Without modification of the tabs, these two items are not compatible with one another. The modification was simple for me and I am now happy with my purchase, but not all buyers will have the ability to make them work together. Buyer beware. I purchased a Selkirk 540 stove several years ago and used it regularly with zero issues. This year was a little different when using it. I had to resort to using an external ignition source. Soon after that I found the air/fuel mixture to be way off and with no real way to adjust it, I was forced to contact customer service( which I really didn’t want to do). I 've used just about every Jetboil system over the last 9 years and I keep coming back to the MicroMo for my solo adventures. It's compact and fast like the flagship Flash and Zip systems, but with the regulator that opens up a whole new world of uses for me. I can dial in the flame to simmer noodles when I do n't want a rolling boil, and I can use it well into the winter without the changing fuel pressure of an unregulated system. If you 're looking for something as compact and efficient as the Zip but with some extra features, the MicroMo should be top of your list.

When you think of camping, backpacking, or survival, you should be thinking of water and food. I have multiple of the JetBoils in my various kit bags. Backpacking for 1, for 2, my get home bag. This unit( and all of the various units they make) accomplish so much in a self- contained package. For the features, it is relatively light( it will never win the “ ultralight ” challenge of a simple pocket rocket, etc) but it is your water boiler, it is your eating vessel, it contains and protects the heating element, you can pack your fuel in there. I use this heater with a large 4 man shanty and it keeps it heated. First trip out this year was in sub- zero weather and we stayed warm all day long. One small tank of propane lasts about 3- 4 hrs on low setting. The only time I ’ ve used medium setting is to cook and have never used the high setting. I highly recommend for the fisherman who likes to travel light.

Great piece of gear! I can fit my stove, pump, repair kit, heat shield, matches and coffee mug( mug has coffee/whitener& sponge in it) in my pot set. Along with being compact, this stove is easy to light, quiet and well built.

Well, I ’ m on year 29 with mine Yikes! Once I ask a cab driver in Mexico on a volcano climbing trip to stop at a gas station so we could get fuel That was 1995 I just used it for three days this week on the lakeshore trail into stehekin WA That ’s 2024 Still works great!

I have used my the WhisperLite International for something like 20 years! From bicycle 🚴 camping 🏕 trips to Florida hurricanes 🌀 I used it for about three weeks straight when hurricane Charlie took out the power. About the only thing I have done to the stove is clean it maybe 🤔 every year or so and I think 🤔 the only problem I have had was I had to replace one little O- ring! That reminds me I have to replace the O- ring that I removed from the little service kit. I recommend that service kit I replaced that O- ring at night during a hurricane 🌀 power outage and all those O- Rings are special and your not going to find one when you roll into a campground at 02: 00 🕑 AM in the rain 🌧 on your bicycle 🚴 and all you want to do is get something to eat and go to sleep 🏕 But if the stove needs an O- ring it is going to be cold Mountain House Chicken 🐔 Teriyaki 🤢 and a cold breakfast 🍳 So you need to get the service kit at least for peace of mind!

This stove is solid! I bought it to replace my 30 year old WhisperLite stove. No more empty fuel canisters to try and recycle and the cost of fuel is much lower. Yes my original WhisperLite stove still operates fine, just went with a more modern design. I cold weather camp and you can ’ t beat a white gas stove in the cold.

Excessive Moderation
[ Love this stove. I had a MSR Dragon Fly stove for years, which is great for simmering or slow cooking gourmet backcountry meals, but `` very '' loud. Whisper Lite actually boiled water faster than the Dragon Fly, and its quietness is worth loosing the simmer option. With a little finesse, you can still simmer somewhat with the Whisper Lite. Best Liquid stove out there!!

Used the griddle for the first time this weekend. Very happy once I figured out the heat distribution from the 2 burner Camp Chef. Paid attention to seasoning it before use and it paid off as it cleaned up good!

Used on dozens of camping trips over 7+ years and honestly, I could easily feed 6- 8 people with this thing. As a person who loves to camp and cook, my flat top griddle paired with a wok is all I need to cook just about everything. Heavy duty, easy to clean, even heat, and 10/10.
