I really love this I think it ’s great for in home use. I have about 1000 “ steps ” on mine currently and it works well is pretty quiet and I ’ ve had no issues with it. I am able to balance well enough to use it standing which my room mate can not but can use it sitting down. So if you aren ’ t able to balance well you will not be able to use it standing there is another version with handles that would be best. It ’s small and heavy and it ’s easy for hair or dirt to get into the areas so it ’s probably best to keep it away from where your pets might be.

[ I received a free Stamina in option E1000 Compact Lower Body Cardio Workout Strider Machine by Spreetail in exchange for my honest review. Upon receiving the machine I noticed how heavy and well made it is. I put it together in under 10 minutes, it was super easy. The photos show people standing on this for use- I would say that is not really going to give you the greatest workout, it would be more to improve balance as the stride is very small. Too small to be effective while standing. As a seated cardio machine it is wonderful. It counts your stride or time which I thought was very cool for making goals. The resistance levels are also large enough to give someone brand new a challenge or a seasoned athlete some cardio. I shared this product with my dad as well who is 75 years old. He has trouble walking or standing for long periods because of hip pain. This gives him a way to exercise safely and without pain. It is pretty easily portable but is a bit heavy. It would be great to have under your work desk to get some movement while sitting for hours! All in all a very well made product.

Functions like a much more expensive cross trainer. Smooth, quiet, electronics work, and Sunny Fit App is excellent. I can actually connect my cross trainer via bluetooth to the app and there are a myriad things to do. I would not hesitate to buy it again. Assembly is n't bad but the instructions in the booklet are confusing. Too many small numbers and letters and pictures. The video is better. Do n't let this stop you, the SBE420035 is a terrific piece of exercise equipment and Sunny Health is a fine company with excellent customer service. I like many amateurs do not always have time to hit the range before a round of golf. This swing trainer is the perfect warm up tool to stretch your golf muscles, and prepare for your first few holes. However- I purchased each of the two versions, the long one for me and the short one for my wife, who is about 5 feet tall. The grip is the same for both lengths and this is a poor decision by the manufacturer. Short people( like my wife) generally have smaller hands and the grip on the short model is way too big for her. I 'll have to change it for a grip size similar to the one on her golf clubs.

The assembly was more complicated than I expected( it took me an hour to get it fully out of the box and assembled), but it was worth it once I got the whole machine together. I was only able to do 2 minutes on it my first time and my thighs had a good burn going! I also felt it in my lats, shoulders, biceps, and my core a bit, just after 2 minutes on it. I like that you can adjust the resistance and the seat easily. I have n't tried the resistance band cables yet, but I 'm looking forward to it to target my inner and outer thighs like it shows in the video. This machine does n't feel like a beginner machine- I work out already, and like I said, after just 2 minutes on resistance 3, I had to take a break and my legs were burning! If you 're a beginner, you may have to work up to being able to be on it for several minutes at a time. It gets your heart pumping, too!

As a long distance runner I was looking for a resistance trainer I could use while on the road. Unboxing was pretty easy with three resistance bands and two ankle bands. The ankle bands when properly attached have little to no give so all of the energy is transferred to the resistance bands. I am impressed with how sturdy and comfortable the trainer is while in use. I bought the trainer this winter to try and step up my triathlon game in the off season. Both me and wife wife used it on my carbon road bike and her carbon tri bike. We used a new Shimano 10 speed cassette on the trainer for both my Shimano set and her SRAM set, no issues with compatibility. I would suggest you use the same chain oil/wax to not have any cross contamination using differing lubrication. As for function. I tried to use the Trax Trainer software and the Garmin Connect Software through my watch( the Trax software does sync with garmin connect, but not for battery level or a couple of other daily measurements). Leaving both workouts on there gets all the data and it mostly does n't allow excess milage, but I have seen it show up in a couple spots twice. They could improve on that. As for the Tacx software. The routes are good, but not as interactive as the peloton or other apps out there. Though I 've climbed some pretty gnalry passes throughout the word now using it. I think that's the best part about the app, the climbing portions. It also keeps it less boring, but also really easy to over train if you 're not careful. I might try interfacing it with some other software next winter but for now I 'll use the nice clear roads through the summer and fall months.

You need 2 people to assemble, since it is VERY HEAVY! It is a well- made machine. I followed the instructions exactly. Tighten bolts when instructed. I watched the assembly video, which was extremely helpful. The support line was friendly, professional and helpful. This machine is very well built, it runs very smoothly and is quiet. I am a 71 year old female in fairly good shape. I love this machine! I 've been using it for a couple of weeks. Assembly was n't too bad but definitely much easier with two of us. Directions were very easy to follow. Took about an hour start to finish, and we were really glad we did n't pay someone to do it. It does n't take much space, which is great as I have it in my living room! It is a good workout, but not so hard that I could n't do it. Took a few days to get my stride on it, but now that I have it, I do 20 minutes in the morning, and 20 at night. I 'm only doing it as the lowest level on the manual setting but hoping to work up to a more challenging workout in time. But even if I never progress from where I 'm at, it still will be a good workout for this old lady!
