It's warm and comfy. Soft fleece, lots of zippers and pockets. Got the gray, the fleece is different from my other Denali's. The fleece is maybe softer than the usual Denali fleece. The fleece does shed, which I guess happens with the softer fleece. It is way more cropped than the older Denali as well. The name should say `` Cropped ''. I 'm considering sizing up to see if it will make any difference, but that means the sleeves will be much wider. I 'm not sure why the under arms are soooo huge maybe to decrease sweating hence the zippers under the arms. They should have two options for the Denali, one with a regular length and one cropped for women. This one is functional, but will rise up. I buy a new Denali every few years, this one is very different. The prices keep going up and the jackets and sweaters keep getting shorter.

The only things I would change is; Add the original bomber style shoulder pockets and tool sleeves, maybe even on both sides. [ I love the fit of these jackets. I 'm 5' 3 '' and size M hits just above my hips. I also have one in a size L, and in that size there is much more room for layering. I would say if you 're looking for a more boxy and less bulky fit, the M is perfect.
