I wanted it `` longish '', rain proof of course but also warm, zippered deep pockets, and a nice hood with good fastening abilities around the face. I have a little extra length in the arms, which I love because it is a rarity. I feel like I have just enough room that I could wear a crewneck underneath without problem, but it's not bulky without layers. And it's long enough that it covers my bottom!
