I love this weighted vest! I use it to do both house chores and on walks. The 20 lbs feels like plenty of weight and I am easily able to remove the sandbags if I need to lighten it. I like the way the velcro wraps all the way around and it can be taken off from the side, or front. Works better than I imagined. Have used it daily for nearly 3 weeks now, and am ahead of my goals so far. Seems durable and comfortable. Can be adjusted for various body types and strength levels. Would recommend starting off with a small amount of weight, and building up over time, so not to risk stress or strain to your joints.
