Adrenaline has been my go- to shoe for the past 17 plus years. Marathon days are over but using for daily walks and light jogging now. Initially tried this shoe on a few months ago very briefly when we were out and about and thought it felt a little tighter than previous models. Recently purchased a pair and after a brief break in period, I loved the shoe, and it is right on par with the previous models of the adrenaline that I really liked( especially the 22's& 23's) with a tad bit more cushioning( which my aging body needs) and the stability that we expect from the shoe. Definitely recommend.

A leather sided shoe would be uncomfortable but these move with me. The soft spikes make it easy to walk off the course and not slip in the locker room, the Restaurant, or just to wear them home. What stops me from giving 5/5 starts is that although it offers an excellent fell and fits like a glove around your foot, I would have liked better support/fit around the ankle( the opening seems to need a bit more cushioning like the Air Max has to offer). Started using these years ago, will not use a pair of sneakers now without swapping out the factory liner( e. g. fluffy cardboard) for a pair of these insoles. Fairly true to size. I measured against my feet in store, and between a `` D '' and an `` E '', the slightly larger `` E '' seemed like the way to go. Have to trim a bit around the toes for it to fit correctly, but that's 60 careful seconds( you only get one chance when cutting these$ 50 insoles) with a scissors to make it right--- recommend that you pull the factory sole, place it on the replacement insole, make sure the HEEL portion is aligned correctly between the two, then trim any part that is sticking out around the factory insole. HOLD IT TIGHT so it does n't shift mid- cut. If you 're not sure, cut wide. You can always make another cut to trim. Important you do n't cut too much, or your foot will be larger than the insole, and that will feel weird, and not give good support.

The Nike MC Trainer 3 is my favorite of the three styles of Nike trainers that I own. It is very comfortable with lots of cushioning, including padded tongue and all around the top. I like the sturdy pull- on tab on the back plus toe cap on the front. The shoelaces are round, just the right length, and stay tied. The lateral support is supurb making my BOSU ball workout easier. If I were designing them, I would probably add a bit more arch support, although they are adequate. Other reviewers have mentioned that they are rather plain, and that is true. He found that while I did not have plantar fasciitis I needed to strengthen my foot muscles& use an insole that would provide better arch support. I purchased these shoes for training purposes. At first, I thought they were small in regard to the fit but once I broke them in, they were definitely true to size. They are very comfortable, and I have received so many compliments. My son, who rarely says anything I choose looks fire actually saw them and said these shoes are FIRE. He actually was hoping they were for him for basketball. I think I will get some more but in different colors.

I didn ’ t think there would be that much of a difference between the 8 and the 9 but it ’s just enough to be THRILLED with this purpose. Same sturdy stability but more room in the toes and more cushion for the pushin haha. And I simply could not leave this colorway behind( hyper violet). Great cross training shoe as I alternate between strength training and boxing drills.

Great show for weightlifting and stability, but runs small. I am a size 7. 5 and generally wear an 8 in Nike sneakers( Pegasus, etc.) so that I have room in the toes in case my feet swell a little from heat or hiking, etc. I ordered the Metcon in my normal Nike size of 8 and my big toe is basically at the tip of the shoe, so I need to exchange them for an 8. 5. If I was using them for hiking or anything I thought would make my feet swell, I might even size up to a 9 which would be absolutely wild! Anyway, just thought I would leave a review because these are way small.
