I really love these shoes. Brooks seem to have good quality that lasts. A pair I bought last year( Ghost) is still in great shape after consistent use. I decided to get new ones and I am glad I moved to this style( Cascadia 18). They are super comfortable. I think they will be my new go to. I will say they kind of seem to turn my foot a bit outwards but after walking in them they are very comfortable and my gait was good. I got the reddish( can ’ t remember the technical color name) and they are very bright and fun.

Ever see the character, Tigger, from the Winnie the Pooh stories? He literally bounces with every step! That ’s how you will feel with these shoes. I bought the shoes because we own 2 large Golden Doodles who need to go outside or be walked several times a day. Sometimes we run. These shoes have gone thru mud, snow, puddles, and more, and never missed a beat. My feet stayed dry and I just rinsed the shoes upon returning inside and good as new. I normally wear a 7. 5, but sized up to an 8 and the fit is perfect. I really like the extra room in the toebox, so I can wiggle my toes. However, the shoes do tend to run a bit narrow, so just a heads up if you have a wide foot. The shoes easily accomodated my orthotic once I pulled out the insole provided.( Hey, Nike, these shoes should have a unglued, easily removable, insole!) Overall, I am thrilled with my purchase.

[ Normally I would wear a women's small/medium and ended up with a men's small in the trail hoodie. It ended up to be the perfect relaxed fit. Living in Florida, the material is perfect as it is not overwhelmingly warming. I found it to be just the right hoodie for morning and evening runs as its moisture- wicking too. I love the designs on the strings and think it really makes it more interesting versus just a solid color string. There are many pockets and pouches. You could stuff lots and lots in this bag. Everything stayed dry. [ There is a lot to really like about this jacket. Water and wind resistant fabric, lightweight, perfect as an extra layer for those cool mornings or evenings. I tend to bring a jacket with me where ever I go so I love that it is packable. Other packable jackets I 've tried can feel cheap or flimsy, but what I like most about this jacket is that there is no compromise quality of the material- it still feels great when I wear it. Thoughtful touches with the zipper design to keep rain out, the bungie cords at the waist for a more secure fit, and vented back to help with breathability really bring functionality to this piece. If there was one thing I would change about this jacket is the cut; the length is a little too cropped and the sleeves a bit baggy for me personally, but I know that's the style and it can work great for others.

I 'm very happy with this purchase. The only recommendation for improvement I can make is that the cork handles come unsealed. Since these are going to be used heavily in a wide range of weather conditions, from the hot Arizona sun, Monsoon rains, and even snow, I felt it essential to seal the cork to ensure the handles hold up to the use I plan on giving them. I recommend UV- 40 cork seal. I have used it on fly rod handles I have made and it works perfectly, and lasts many, many years. Make sure to follow the application instructions on the bottle. Apply one good coat using a bristle brush. Make sure you do n't have any drips, runs or sags. Do not apply a second coat, as it will not penetrate.

The Zegama 2 has so far been a great shoe. My search for a shoe like this began when my Pegasus 4 GTX's finally hit the retirement cycle of shoes. The Pegasus 4 GTX's were some of the( if not the top) most comfortable shoes that I had ever had while also being capable of light outdoor activities. My instinct was to replace them with the Pegasus 5 GTX's. After exchanging sizes several times, I finally just return the 5's. These things remind me of the o'so comfortable Pegasus 4 GTX's. The Zegama 2's offer great bounce, support, and comfort! The grip is incredible too, it simply rocks. I play a lot of disc golf and these things have held true in any condition that I 've been in, wet, dry, muddy, slippery, you name it. Also, running any sort of distance in these feels great. They provide great bounce and support. I have n't ran a particularly long distance in them, maybe around 4 miles so far, which felt great and natural. The bag is adequately sized for all hikes and most short camping trips. Despite its relatively small size, it boasts a number of impressive features. Firstly, this bag has a small plastic internal frame to provide structure. The frame is lightweight, yet sturdy enough for a fully packed bag. Because of the frame's assistance with weight distribution, everything felt lighter on my back. This bag also has many different pockets and straps for varied packing strategies. The straps on the bottom of the bag are perfect for a sleeping bag, ground mat, or small tent. Underneath those straps is a small pocket that holds an included rain cover to keep your bag totally dry during heavy rain. There is also a pocket on top of the bag for any small items you may need to access on the go, without opening or unpacking the rest of the bag. Finally, there is a pocket for a hydration bladder, so you can stay hydrated as you move. Some other useful features are the emergency whistle on the chest strap, the included strap management bungees( so those leftover strap ends after adjustment are n't hanging everywhere), and the water bottle pockets on the sides. Overall, I would give this product a 5/5. Met or exceeded all of my expectations. I would highly recommend this bag to anybody who is a frequent camper or hiker.

Today I completed the Cincinnati Flying Pig Half Marathon. I bought these shoes yesterday after getting shamed for my old running shoes with no tread or laces. Extremely well cushioned shoe for those long runs or recovery runs. Took them from the box straight to the treadmill at the gym for 7 miles. They felt great every mile and will only get better over time. Fantastic for time on feet. Not a speed shoe by any means, but very plush and protective. This is my 3rd pair of On ’s. Good cushioning. I ’ m a regular 7. I could have gone with a 7. 5, but no big deal. My foot is not wide and it has plenty toebox room. I love the “ sock ” like material that allows you the option of not wearing socks which I do frequently with these. Easy on and off.

They run big. Size down. I wear 8. 5 and 9 in on clouds and the 8. 5 has plenty of room! look And feel great. Price is not what I wanted to pay lol but they were so comfortable and cute I went back the next day( after trying and saying I ’ m not paying that) and purchased them. Best on clouds thus far. Got these for a steal at Ross in Layton Utah for$ 48. A day later went on a 3. 5 mile hike into the canyons and wow I must say these are the best shoes ive worn yet. Super comfortable, durable, traction is superb. Didn ’ t slip once going up hill nor down. Not the best when wet and climbing some granite, almost ice slick. [ This sling is the raddest for travel. I ’ m a wilderness guide and I have to pack in all carry ons so the more I can pack onto a flight, the better. My travel hack is to wear this under my jacket but sling it to the side opposite the flight attendant when boarding and it works every time so I can have a backpack and duffel. These day slings look cute when I go out too so I can pack my notebook, water bottle, headphones, hat, makeup bag and scarf into it, literally everything. I have too, one for hiking and one for going out.
