This is all one piece, and it ’s great for the back as you can fasten the Velcro tabs together so it ’s on your back( or abdomen). I spent 16 months with upper leg pain. PT and a chiropractor had the same diagnosis and similar treatments, pressure on the nerves in my lower back were causing the pain. I could n't walk 50 yards without stopping to take pressure off my lower back. Thought about an inversion table, my PT therapists did n't think it would help but had no objections. After twice a day, AM and PM for 5 minutes on my teeter I had significant improvement in less than a week. Now, 3 months later, no pain. The pro- tec is about 5 ” diameter so it takes up very little room. It works great on the floor or against the wall( for more control of how much pressure you put on the ball). My only complaint is that I ’ ve noticed a slight flat spot on the ball after putting full weight on it from my back while on a hard wood floor. I only weigh 170 lbs.

I have had my chair for four years now. One of the wheels keeps falling off, and I found that the area around it is broken. Tried Gorilla glue to no avail. I did have the stabilizer bars replace, but they broke again, so I just use without. Best choice I ever mad for an office chair. We had the OG Theragun and it lasted well over 6 years. No issues with rechargeable battery. Unfortunately, I got one of the attachments stuck when I used superglue to fix one of the attachments and it stuck to the Theragun connector. The Theragun ProPlus is SO much quieter than the OG. I can barely hear it when I have our air purifier on for white noise. The digital display, the multiple speeds, the heat attachment, the vibrating attachment, the red light therapy, pulse reader, and being able to use the cold plus attachment makes this the# 1 Theragun device EVER!!
