I ’ ve had this for about a month and I love it! I travel a lot and used to carry a foam roller that took up so much space in my luggage. The pro- tec is about 5 ” diameter so it takes up very little room. It works great on the floor or against the wall( for more control of how much pressure you put on the ball). I bought this from my PT's suggestion. It worked out great. I love the length. I can all the exercises recommended by my PT on it. And after, I can have a great chest stretch at the end by laying on top of it lengthwise. It is nice and dense. Have n't had any problems.

I started working out again and my hip was killing me. I do have hip dysplasia and my trainer recommended me to use this before and after my workouts at the gym. Well, I decided to purchase one so I could use it at home since it helped so much when I was at the gym. I continued to use it whenever my hip pain flared up again it definitely helps more than taking Advil or pain relievers. Warning though, you definitely have to have to roll right on the area that is the root of the pain. It will seem to hurt more for a bit but then subside. I also use this for my back. This is great for trigger points for your thighs, hips, and back. I am so glad I purchased this! Huge game changer!

I bought this product to foam roll my calves and hamstrings as I find this awkward with a regular roller. I ’ m happy to say it ’s much easier to use and seems effective. The knobs on the handles are treat for trigger pointing any hot spots. I like that I can use this roller while sitting in a chair so it ’s great for when I ’ m working. It ’s very easy to adjust the intensity just by pushing more or less with your arms, so you can have as firm or light massage as you want.
