The size guide was spot on and the shirts did exactly what we wanted them to do which was to stop their shoulder and elbow pads from pinching them. Flat lock seams don ’ t rub or chafe. The length is enough to tuck in or leave out without it ridding up. Material is slick and breathable…I would prefer it to be a bit thicker. As other reviewers indicated, go 2 sizes larger. One size larger and it will be doing it's job as intended as a compression garment. Even at 2 sizes, I need help to escape from it. I am using it for dance competitions, so have to alter it for no logos showing. UA, you are missing an entire market that needs high quality garments without logos. It is great for showing every ripple. FYI: Tight body fit garments are never cool. Athlete's generate a lot of heat and trapping it at the skin does not help. I do n't understand how this marketing verbiage ever makes it to the public.
