Bought these after watching many reviews on YouTube and reading multiple online reviews that said they were the BEST and MOST comfortable shoes again and again. I typically wear Ecco ’s and honestly I feel the Ecco ’s are more comfortable and more cushioned than these shoes. With that said they aren ’ t bad but they certainly aren ’ t like walking on clouds. I ’ ll keep them as a second pair but the Ecco ’s for me are much more comfortable for walking 18 holes. I was disappointed because I am always looking for the next evolution of the moret comfortable golf shoes, but I guess that ’s why there is more than one company that makes golf shoes. I ’ m on my second pair. They last about 14 months for me. But I truly don ’ t mind because these are by far the most comfortable deck boot/shoe whatever you wan na call it that I ’ ve worn. I compare the soul of the boot to one of the “ helm pads ” that are nice and squishy and comfy to save your feet back and knees on those nasty days running in a 27 ’ cc. With these no matter where you stand you have a helm pad under your feet. I ’ ve had many pairs of the original 6 ” xtratufs over the years and one pair of all black leathers 6 ” boots for work and the sports are still by far my favorite. If I ever hear they are going to discontinue this line, I will hoard as many pairs as I can lol. If xtratuf reads this review please make a 6 ” sport in all black( black top/black soul) so I can wear it on the boat at work!

Most comfortable boots I 've ever owned. When I first put these on in the store, I had to run a couple laps up and down the isles, simply because they were so comfortable. Better than any running shoe I 've used. I bought these last year for a 9 day canoe camping trip in the Canadian wilderness, and these puppies kept up. I 've continued to use them for hiking, climbing, urbex, and rucking. Still no complaints. Do not buy these if you plan on keeping your feet dry. It's simply not what they 're made for. Unless you 're walking through water where your boot is fully submerged, I would n't go for these if you 're only walking through deep puddles or shallow water, as your socks will get wet. The whole purpose of this shoe is to drain quickly and dry quickly. Very rarely do you get excited to use a pair of boots, but these will get you excited to go out and play. Not endorsed, just love my boots. Its a shame they 're being discontinued.

These are a replacement pair for the same boot style i bought 2 years ago, They fit the same as the old ones. Just needed some new ones due to getting deer blood on the previous pair. Comfy and hold up well. Worn daily from the street to the field. They do dry quickly. They have good ankle support when hunting mushroom in the hills and are nice and quite when stalking game, with proper foot placement I went with a half size up this time to account for thicker socks in the winter.

I am size 9. 5 and first tried the size 9. It was too short and my toes were falling out of the shoe. The width was perfect though. I then tried the 10 instead. They are a good length, maybe a little bit too wide, so not perfect but better than the size 9. They are very comfortable. People say they aren ’ t comfortable but thats just because they compare them to adidas foam shoes. They might not be as comfortable as that, but they are much more comfortable than the average sandal

I got 4 or 5 seasons out of my previous Foot Joy shoe, the Helix D. N. A., so I was only buying Foot Joy this time. Seeing as I knew I wanted another pair, and that I wanted to replace them with a top of the line version, the FJ Pro/SLX Carbon's were my top choice. I have worn them about 4 times now, and feet feel fresh after each use, not tired. They come standard with Orthopedic insoles, so I have yet to buy a pair of Pine Valley Orthotics, like I had with my DNS's. For me, these are the perfect shoe. Great looks and great comfort. The price is a little on the higher side, sure, but if you treat them well, you 'll get several season out of them.
