My second pair. They do not replace actual snow/rain boots but get a lot of use. I wear these regularly on rainy days and even New England winter weather. This fit true to size in length but do run a little narrow and will feel tighter in the toe box. I buy the same size as a regular pair of Air Max 90s. [ Aside from looking like a regular pair of training shoes, these are amazing on the trails! The tread is light enough to be able to run short distances( I ’ ve done about 5 miles mostly incline so far), but also grips and helps with stability on uneven dirt paths. The insoles are comfortable and can be worn on walks and while running errands. They also blend in perfectly with a gym or athleisure outfits which is my favorite part about them. Only “ con ” I have noticed so far is that they feel a little tight in the vamp area( I have pretty narrow feet)- hoping a little wear and tear and fixing the laces a little more will help.

As someone with a lot of foot problems, finding shoes that are comfortable, supportive, and that look nice had been a challenge. After trying similar LL Bean and Timberland shoes, I finally got the Moab 3 from Merrell. After 4 years of daily use and frequent outdoors activity including outings with my son's scout troop, the upper started to crack where my foot flexes. The sole and lining was still in good condition with reasonable wear. With a rainy camping trip looming, I got the replacement pair and have been just as happy with the new shoes as I had been with the old ones. This boot the sizing has changed slightly they are smaller in the toe box. I went with a half size larger but I probably could have stayed with my regular size 10 and just broke them in. They are to me a light version on the quest boots that are much heavier and clunck than these. I 've bought a few different salomon hiking boots over the years and you ca n't go wrong if you are a day hiker with these they are agile and do n't slip dry or wet they get the job done and protect your feet in every situation. I have the altra gators and( not just this shoe but others) the laces do n't go far enough towards to toes so you ca n't use the lace hook on the gator. These kamik boots don ’ t crack like other cheap rain boots. Kids give them a beating. We pass them down so we get a few years out of them and they seem to hold up well. There are more expensive options available but these do just fine.

I have been wearing Keen for more than 5 years and love them. The side ripped out from lots of use and tried to order the exact boot and size. The boots have changed a bit and size 11 is a lot bigger the the size 11 I ’ ve been wearing.

This has been a great boot, my go to for wide feet. It is a very tough boot that works well for day hikes or overnights. It has great support and foot protection yet remains light and faily flexible. I have had no issues with the waterproofing either, works great. Highly recommend them.

This is my third pair of this particular hiking boot. I love the wide toe box with plenty of room for your toes. The ankle support is good also. Since I am a woman with a size 11. 5 in women ’s, the men ’s boots don ’ t always fit. But these are perfect. I highly recommend!
