I have been looking for the perfect visor for several years after my favorite was discontinued. Most of the ones with wider brims were just too big and made me look silly. I have a very small face. And you take off in the wind like the flying nun. These visors are the perfect length for keeping the sun out of your eyes. I love the lightness; however, I ’ m not sure how they will fair in strong winds. I also wish they had more colors to choose from. I like the light gray, however, it didn ’ t allow me to tighten it enough; The light purple was easier to tighten to my needs. As a paddler and former kayak guide, I have a lot of paddle hats. Several models like this have a brim that goes down too far and makes it hard to see. This one is perfect. I really like how the skirt can be unbuttoned from the brim and let hang- it provides an additional ventilation option. I also like the draw cord- again it allows ventilation options. I got this hat because the brim is slightly smaller than my full on sun hat, so it ’s not as awkward to wear in the car or indoors, but still provides a good amount of sun protection. I got the goldenrod color, and it ’s a little darker in person, but still a cool color. It does seem to run a little small compared to my other hats of the same size, so if you ’ re in between sizes, probably best to size up. Oh, and the sunglasses holder is awesome! Great hat! Adjustable for perfect fit. Great color. Every SAH I 've owned( 5) has fit like it was custom made. Charter hats, Havana hats, ball caps, they all fit great, look great and last long! This is a great hat for any who spend a lot of time in the sun. So much cooler than most ball cap style hats. Much better air flow and space for your head to breath. It is an excellent choice for any fisherman who spends many hours out on the lake like I do. Provides great comfort and sun protection as well as shading your eyes so along with your polarized sunglasses one can see deep into the water. Speaking of sunglasses you will find the built in sunglasses holder alone is worth the purchase price!

Great hat... Unfortunately only lasted a week. Ordered it for my wife before a cruise... While on an excursion, the hat, despite being chinched under her chin, blew off into the water and we could n't recover it. Would definitely buy it again.

This is the second hat in this style that I have purchased. The first one I ’ ve worn for hiking, water aerobics, walking and general use. The fit is adjustable and air vents help in hot tropical weather. The material is lightweight and easy to clean plus the cap bill is foldable which is great for travel. I have received many compliments also. I have these hats in white and blue. Bought a second one as a backup while traveling. Highly recommend this hat, a favorite! I have all 3 colors. LOVE THIS HAT. It's perfectly breathable, lightweight, Never feels hot. Wicks away sweat, easy to clean and the foldable bill allows you to stow it anywhere. Only wish they made more colors. Fuchsia would be great!!

I have a smaller head, and even adult size small can be too big for me. This children's size large sun hat is great. It is light weight, quality fabric, adjustable, and I like that it has a string so if it gets windy it stays on. The brim covers enough to keep the sun off. I live in Florida. I would recommend this hat for an adult or a child.

These are our favorite hats! We got our first play hat when my little one was 10 months and it still fits him at almost 3 with the adjustable tab at the back. The brim and coverage is the best for our Arizona sun. Now we have 3 Sunday Afternoon hats for him- one for school, one for home and one for grandma ’s house!
