My last pair was over 2 years although they were hammered. Just picked up another pair and fitted them with some custom insoles. Very happy with this boot and will probably pick up another pair in 2 years. The sole wears somewhat quick but thats what you get when it's a non- slip sole that doesnt track mud everywhere. These are the most comfortable work boots I 've ever had. I 've been wearing Timberland Pro's for the last 8 years but decided it was time for a change because there is n't enough protection from corn formation. With these I do n't feel rubbing on the top of my feet. The cushioned wedge makes it easier to be on my feet for 8- 12 hour long days. The strings are light weight and do not dangle ridiculously long they 're perfect. The only thing I would love for them to add is a cushion barrier on the inside of the boot that wraps along the ankle. At first I was skeptical of such a modern take on the classic square toe, I have never owned a pair of derby boots or chelseas before this and they seriously go on the foot like a breeze. I have no intention of using these boots for riding or cleaning stalls. I will use them for Winter Walk and forays in the forests and beaches shooting( photography) wildlife. I took them out for our first snowfall walk. They are comfortable and warn. It was 20 degrees and I wore only a dress weight alpaca sock. My feet were never cold. There was plenty room for me to wear a heavier weight sock. I did encounter some wet spots along the marsh and my feet were totally dry. I will note that these boots do not have lug soles, so they were slick walking up snow covered steep slopes. This is not a knock on these boots for me. I have Yaktrax Diamond grips and Kahtoola Micro Spikes- both fit over these beefier boot. I love the ease of slipping into with the optional pull tabs( which I didn ’ t need to use.). The last pair of “ rubber boots ” I owned were snug to pull on. The liner is great. I ’ m sure these will be what the doctor ordered for my Winter Adventures. I wear 10. 5 Wide typically. The 11 and Medium width were perfect.

A little over 6 years ago I bought my first pair of Bogs boots. Originally I just used them in nasty weather, but later found them to be comfortable and convenience for all my work outdoors. This is my third pair of Carhart's 6 '' Soft Toe Work Boot. I love them. They are tough, long lasting and comfortable. I use them for my everyday foot wear except dress occassions. I even take my daily four mile walk in them. I hike in them and hunt in them. For me, they are the best boot I have every owned in terms of quality. I 've always loved Merrell shoes and I do love the Moab Speed 2s I purchased and if I was to change anything it would be I should 've ordered a half- size bigger, I ordered a 9. 5 but should 've gone for a size 10, they are a little tight but I think over time they will stretch. They do n't cause discomfort unless I tie my shoes really tight so I avoid doing that. The only other thing is that the laces are too short I find.

My first Georgia boot 😀. I ’ m 9 1/2 wide and these fit well. The collar was uncomfortable at first. They have traction in mud, snow, slush, but, not so much on ice. About the boot is good quality and good looking too and light weight the carbon max replacing the steel toe is good too but and u have plenty of room for the toe area my feet does n't get tired or fatigue the bad is the carbon max hurts me a lil bit but over all good boot.

I give these boots at 10/10. Very little break in needed, comfortable right out of the box. The leather is rugged and looks good as new with a quick wipe down or brushing. These are great in the garden, yard, or on a hike. I am very pleased. They look great with my Carhartt pants and shirts.

Worth the money, for me they lasted little over than a year but I work 12 hour shifts between 40- 60 hrs a week in a recycling plant in AZ and we are exposed to kinda harsh conditions daily( dry/dusty areas and wet areas with puddles too), not too mention the +100 degree summer temps we get so they worked fine for me. I tried different good/expensive brands of work boots and most of them last me around the same time because of my work conditions and demand so I decide to get carhartt by choice I like the brand and styles.

I have these boots for 2 years now best pair of boots I 've ever bought! They are comfy and hold up very well in all elements of weather! Unfortunately after two years of hard wear and tear they finally broke down

So far, I 've used them for outdoor walking in the rain, during summer and they 're great. The tall hight makes sure water and mud do n't splash in. They decently cushion my feet for long walks. Not gon na ruin a marathon in them, but that's not what they were designed for either. They do exactly what I got them for and do it well.

These are my second pair as the others are now quite worn( after 7 years) and not so water proof, not due to being poorly made, but due to wear and tear. I use them for gardening and animal care, so there is plenty of wet mucky stuff to step in. These boots are perfect for those jobs. They keep my feet dry, comfortable, and protected. Thanks!

Not a farmer
Second pair of these boots. Wish they came in half sizes. We put an insert in them and they fit better though. Freest boot that fits snug to the calf without cutting off circulation. Important if you are weed whacking and don ’ t want a bunch of grass down your boot! Super comfy and keeps feet cooler than the cheap black boots. If you need to spend the day in work boots, these are the best, definitely worth the price!

As advertised, just a solid boot, well structured with that Vibram sole. The size 10 felt snug out if the box with work socks but they broke in without problem( Redwing 9. 5) Good traction and stance on snow, ice and mud. The height is ideal for chores and short distance walks. I 've received a few compliments on the looks too which surprised me for rubber boots.
