I bought this two weeks ago after experiencing some upper back and neck pain. A coworker brought one to work to use for lower back pain and said it helped. I logged online, bought one and it arrived in a couple of days. I had immediate relief from pain. After 5- 6 uses, the pain and achiness are almost gone. Using the large trigger point pads and the adhesive is degrading quickly. Buy more pads while they 're in stock. That's the only bad part of this unit so far. There are reviews online complaining that the units fail after a couple of months. So far, so good with this one.

I started working out again and my hip was killing me. I do have hip dysplasia and my trainer recommended me to use this before and after my workouts at the gym. Well, I decided to purchase one so I could use it at home since it helped so much when I was at the gym. I continued to use it whenever my hip pain flared up again it definitely helps more than taking Advil or pain relievers. Warning though, you definitely have to have to roll right on the area that is the root of the pain. It will seem to hurt more for a bit but then subside. I also use this for my back. I have had the GoFit Deep Tissue Massage Ball for 2 years, and LOVE it! I use it every day to work out the tightness in my muscles: neck, shoulders, scapula, lats, lower waist, glutes, hip flexors, quads. If you like a deep tissue sports massage, you will love this massage ball. You can use it against a wall for less pressure, but I like to use it on the floor for the deepest tissue massage. I even take it with me when I travel! Fabulous product.
