Great boot but I upgrade the insole. This is my second pair and im a hands on GC in Utah. I work new construction and remodels and these boots are great. I like them better than Brunt and they last. My last pair was over 2 years although they were hammered. Just picked up another pair and fitted them with some custom insoles. Very happy with this boot and will probably pick up another pair in 2 years. The sole wears somewhat quick but thats what you get when it's a non- slip sole that doesnt track mud everywhere. I work in IT and while it may sound like I sit at a desk behind a computer screen, I assure you, I am climbing, squatting, lifting, pulling, in cramped quarters, outside, on roof tops, in dirty crawl spaces... I ordered Oxford dress shoes I saw my order confirmed for Oxford PTC. I liked how the PTC looked so I did not complain about it. When I get new shoe I usually have to buy a thicker foam insoles. I had to do that with this pair of shoes as well. I like how well I can walk all day in these shoes. Usually I buy hard toe shoes, but I am experimenting with the bumper toe. I already slammed my toes into a cart wheel, the bumper toe protected my toes, no pain. I am a nurse, moving fast, making turns. These shoes stay on and perform very well.

The shoes are well made and I can already tell they will be very durable in a greasy, dirty environment.( Transmission mechanic). The oil resistant does have a more open tread pattern so they wo n't collect the oil and dirt and cake up with it. However, these are not what I would call comfortable. The leather on the upper is very stiff and hard on your feet, the insoles are kind of hard. They are getting better as I break them in, but still not great. I 'm not sure I would buy a second pair after this one.

I just purchased these sneakers and I am pleasantly surprised at how comfortable these shoes are. I have never had any safety toe shoe or boot be this comfortable. I also like the fact that you can slip them on and off without having to tie and untie them every time, which is super convenient for the application for where I am wearing them. When I first got them out of the box they felt heavy but when they are on your feet they are not heavy at all but like wearing regular sneakers with the benefit of the safety toe. I am more than pleased with the purchase of these shoes and I would highly recommend them to anyone requiring a safety toe shoe in their work application especially if you do a lot of walking and comfort is something you are also looking for.

Well first off these are Lightweight and at the end of the day you don ’ t feel like a horse shedding a saddle. They slip off and my feet feel great. I did put my arch supports in and these boots picked up where my other Georgia boots left off. The soles of the boots grip well on many surfaces and the tops have a nice feel and not too restrictive also. I ordered a half size bigger, since I wear wool soaks for added cushion on my feet. Now the only draw back is I wish they were a little narrower by a little. These feel like they are wide instead of a standard width. Again, my wool soaks help make up for some of the looseness but it is not a deal breaker by no means. Thus far for everyday work boots for someone who is on their feet a lot on concrete, these have done really well.

These are the most comfortable work boots I 've ever had. I 've been wearing Timberland Pro's for the last 8 years but decided it was time for a change because there is n't enough protection from corn formation. With these I do n't feel rubbing on the top of my feet. The cushioned wedge makes it easier to be on my feet for 8- 12 hour long days. The strings are light weight and do not dangle ridiculously long they 're perfect. The only thing I would love for them to add is a cushion barrier on the inside of the boot that wraps along the ankle. I 've had these for a year now and they 've been my favorite pair of work shoes so far. Comfortable for the most part. My only gripe is that my little toe on my big ol wide foot hangs just behind the steel toe section. If I kick anything with the toe of the shoe, the steel cap jams into the tip of my little toe. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Great boot! Hold up to wear and tear that other high end boots we have bought. My husband can be very hard on his shoes and these are wonderful. He has two pairs in order to alternate and let the other dry out. He is in these all day long.

On my third pair. I average about 15000 steps a day and I have been impressed. These have served me well both in the shop and out in the field. As a heavy equipment mechanic these boots have served me well in all conditions. Retired my last pair with roughly 1500 miles on them.

I work as a PM for an electrical company in the solar panel field. I once worked as a shoe sales girl. TBH I read all the reviews and the ones complaining about heavy use, you ’ re probably overweight and overworked. If you ’ re in a bullue collar field you ’ re most likely making bank so stop complaining and it ’s your feet change the shoes every six months. I ’ ve had mine for about 2 years now and it ’s worked fabulously. Lightweight, durable and everything is functional. Get over yourself, if you ’ re using them 50- 60 hours a week of course you ’ ll destroy them. Take care of your feet!

I bought these boots 2. 5 years ago and just bought a new pair. I really didn ’ t need to because they still hold up. I didn ’ t perform any care for these boots and they ’ ve held up amazing. I wore a hole in the toe crease point and the leather began separating from the toe about a month ago. I ’ ve worn them through my metal fabrication jobs a short term at UPS( immense amount of walking) and even plumbing putting a lot of wear and tear on the toes of these but they still held up. Metguards added in the past 3 months. I ’ ve been drenched while plumbing and in the rain. I ’ ve worked in these while dealing with more than 3 feet of snow through the cold seasons. I personally stay away from the models that have zippers I ’ ve never had a good experience with zippers. Worked most weeks as 7/10s or 6/10s and still wore them casually. I couldn ’ t recommend them more.

Fit nicely under my arches and have good grip when working on slick surfaces. A little heavy because of the toe but light enough to walk on for hours without my legs getting tired.

Carhartt got rid of these for quite some time and I was forced to go to another company to replace my work boots which sucked, happy to see these are back up. I have already bought these 4- 5 times, union outdoor electrician with very few options as a woman in the field. These have a great fit for me, comfortable and no need to break in before wearing all day, no tight toe box. I wish they made this boot with some insulation for winter but these are my preferred boot of companies I 've tried. Please Carhartt, do n't take these brown work boots away again!!

I bought these boots in 2021 and 2 years later they are still in good shape. I wear these for work, hiking, and just out and about and they are comfortable and lightweight for safety boots. They need to be broken in for at least several days in the beginning and any time you go a few weeks without wearing them. The only noticeable wear is the sides have weakened out a little and fold slightly and the rubber traction on the bottom is wearing out after lots of time on gravel roads and rough terrain. One downside is they are not waterproof do have water seep in if you are hosing them down or stepping through deep enough water, so I wear different boots for that. The photos are what they look like after 2 YEARS of constant wear and tear on a construction site.

Best work boot ever. Love these! 12 plus hours walking on concrete and standing daily. It's like I 'm on pillows all day. Best money I 've ever spent on my feet. I just wish they made them lower so they did n't come above my ankles so high.

here's how much i love these boots. for the last 2 decades they have been on a constant rotation: oldest to still- in- the- box. as the oldest worn- out pair rotate out into the garbage( after years), the next pair moves to oldest slot for really dirty work, and i open the box for the newest pair for general wear. as soon as that box is opened, i order the next box. so, i always have a ratty pair, a semi ratty pair, a new pair, and a boxed pair. they are everyday wear, work& non- work, on& off the motorcycle. highly recommend, obviously.

Same great boot 24 years later. Its been years since i wore a Georgia Farm and Ranch boot, but i always said they were the best i ever owned. Finally pulled the trigger on another pair, and they are the same boot. No changes, nothing fancy, just the best work boot i ever owned. Side note: these boots stand up well to horse manure.

These are very comfortable, dry and warm. I have had these boots since 2001 and they are still holding up. I worked commercial construction and these have held up to walking and climbing up and down all day. Will wash them down and then apply mink oil paste to the leather. These hold up alot better than boots costing twice as much.
