I really love these shoes. Brooks seem to have good quality that lasts. A pair I bought last year( Ghost) is still in great shape after consistent use. I decided to get new ones and I am glad I moved to this style( Cascadia 18). They are super comfortable. I think they will be my new go to. Ever see the character, Tigger, from the Winnie the Pooh stories? He literally bounces with every step! That ’s how you will feel with these shoes. I bought the shoes because we own 2 large Golden Doodles who need to go outside or be walked several times a day. Sometimes we run. These shoes have gone thru mud, snow, puddles, and more, and never missed a beat. My feet stayed dry and I just rinsed the shoes upon returning inside and good as new. I normally wear a 7. 5, but sized up to an 8 and the fit is perfect. I really like the extra room in the toebox, so I can wiggle my toes. However, the shoes do tend to run a bit narrow, so just a heads up if you have a wide foot. The shoes easily accomodated my orthotic once I pulled out the insole provided.( Hey, Nike, these shoes should have a unglued, easily removable, insole!) Overall, I am thrilled with my purchase.

With a more durable toe box material and full rubber sole, these are improved from a materials standpoint over the 14. The bright green looks great—quite like the photo, so no surprise there. Fit and feel is about the same as the 14—it ’s a mid+ cushion shoe, on the narrow- ish side of the market. It ’s got a buoyant feel, without being too bouncy or overly squishy. Runs nicely, but I ’ m not wowed by this shoe. I have a low volume foot, and running shoes generally feel a little sloppy on me. While a bit roomy in the toe, the peregrine allows me to lock in my heel and mid foot well enough that I have decent control, but they ’ re no La Sportiva, which fit like a glove. The Peregrine 15 are quite a bit more cushioned than most of La Sportiva, and I ’ m in a comfort stage of trail running, so I ’ m on my second pair.

I ordered these for my husband and we sized up, he is usually a 9 but we went with 9. 5 and he absolutely loves them. They fit perfectly and he uses them for running and he says they make it feel like his legs are NOT breaking while running which other shoes would do. Highly recommend!

I have been running in these shoes for about 2 months and I am in love. The toe box is very comfortable and the heel feels pretty secure for my narrow heel. I will be buying a second pair. I also think the color is great since I 'm not so into super loud patterns.

Where did I take my new shoes? First trip is to Portugal, including beaches, cobblestone streets, hiking on gravel and stone paths. And yes, a bit of water to test the waterproof claim. Warm and dry- but not too warm. They breathe better than past waterproof shoes( including from Merrell) I have had. Fine for wearing all day in the sun. A good balance of support and cushion, without excess weight. Excellent traction on smooth surfaces.

This is my second pair of nova waterproof, I mainly got them because they match my rain suit for when I bass fish and they are waterproof, they just happen to be very comfortable, the new pair has more room in the toe area which I like very much, my older pair still are in good shape except for where I got a hook caught in my shoe and had to remove it, it messed up the thread slightly, but probably I ’ m the only one that would notice ✌️🐸🐸🎣🎣🐸🐸🙄

Great shoes! waterproofing is great, they are comfortable and roomy, only negative( very minor) is the `` mesh '' on the outside that I am sure to abuse the heck out of quickly.

This shoe saved me! With lingering issues with my knees, this shoe provided me with enough comfort to run enjoyable miles once again. I was starting to believe that my running days were behind me, it ’s all over I said to myself before I got these shoes. Now I look forward to hitting the trail. The grip on the downhills is fantastic. I am able to push my workouts a little further with every run. Merrell you got this one right. I truly got emotional when I hit the first 20 miles in the shoe. I have less pain in my knees, less recovery time between workouts and I ’ m enjoying running again. I owe it all to this shoe.

My first encounter with the agility peak 5 was in the form of the peak zero GTX Gore- Tex version. I loved the sole and comfort of the shoe so much I bought three pairs of the agility peak 5. This shoe brings a ton of confidence to technical trail running. The cushion of the soul, the traction of the lugs, and the protection of the rock plate is the perfect combination.

I was so bummed when they put out several versions with that arch support. It seemed so antithetical to what the shoe was about and, obviously, rubbed my feet too much. The Trail Gloves have been one of my favorites from the beginning and I hope that they quit getting rid of the features that make them great. My requests would be: widen the toe box a bit more for some more natural flare, go back to a more aggressive tread. The current tread looks cool but it is shallow, wears down under the balls of your feet pretty quickly, and gets caked with mud much quicker( thus losing your traction). Under most conditions though these are top notch. I used them in a 35 mile adventure race in Bend, Oregon and they were the perfect shoe!
