this is my 2nd pair, I now own the grey and black shorts. material is very breathable, light, and thin. despite how thin they are it does n't feel like it will fall apart. both pairs I own are not see through although because of how thin they are the other light colors are likely see through as others have mentioned. overall great for all types of training, does not restrict movement. favorite adidas shorts so far and prefer then over the the other training shorts offered by adidas. if you prefer slight thicker training shorts with more color variety go for the other training shorts

My son is a big guy and enjoys these for football workouts. The smaller size have the compression shorts underneath, but the larger size is have a mesh brief. If I could change anything about it, I would have the larger sizes also having the compression underneath.

Fabric is very stretchy and soft, 10/10. Pockets hold tennis balls perfectly. Can ’ t believe they stopped making these and replaced them with the Victory shorts which are trash in comparison. Less stretch, zero ventilation, not nearly as comfortable. Please bring back the Flex woven net shorts!!!

I 'm not sure I would wear them on a really long run but did 90min run in them and they were great. Will use them for camping/ hiking/ swim combo this summer for sure. I travel quit a bit and wanted a pair of shorts that I could work out in, trail run, swim in, etc. Also wanted something that would dry quickly. These are great for that. I generally wear a shorter inseam specifically or trail running, but this inseam was a more modest and `` everyday comfortable '' approach. Got the shorts with the AirShell Hoody and together they 're a great combo. Would recommend as a all purpose trail short.
