They are quite comfortable and very flexible. I ’ ve had no issues with them binding or riding up on me during any of my workouts. I train several days a week. This includes stretching, running, plyometric workouts, and baseball specific workouts. These are my favorite shorts to wear in the gym. I like that the shorts have relatively deep pockets and also a small zipper pocket on the left side for keys, wallet or a cellphone.

These are the training shorts I 've always wanted. I generally hate shorts with liners because the elastic in the leg holes is irritating and annoying. I usually opt for linerless shorts and athletic boxer briefs. These are everything in one. The benefit of these shorts is that the outer shorts are attached to the inner liner. The pockets on these shorts stays put. I have another pair of Nike running shorts and the pocket liner pokes out the bottom when I put my phone in there. So annoying. The only thing I 'd change is the advertised phone pocket in the back is much too small for my iPhone Max. Otherwise these are perfect.

I love the Chaser 5 ” shorts. They are so lightweight I don ’ t even notice them. I feel the 2. 0 are slightly smaller in the waist which is perfect for me. I am 5 ’ 4 and 110lbs. I had to cinch up the original to keep them up but the XS was too tight in the butt. The 2. 0 size small fit is much better. They are pricey, but last a long time. I average 50 miles a week running and the Chasers survive washing very well. I had a pair lose the logo off the leg, but the material looks perfect. Trust me, the price is worth it. I ’ m a PT and avid runner. Been working out for 25 years and running for 17. My holy grail shoes/ clothing and items which ultimately can work well for both gym and running. These shorts have to be my favourite item in years as a result. For running the cut, liner, length and pockets are fantastic. Comfortable with great storage. They dry quickly, have a bit of stretch( which is great for being active), and did n't show the massive amounts of sweat in hot, humid climates. Honestly, these shorts have paid for themselves. I have also received many compliments about this pair of shorts.

[ This is my third pair of these Zoic shorts. You know it ’s a good pair of shorts when you dont even have to think about them while riding. Enough storage to carry everything you want on a ride. Inseam length is perfect as well( just above the knee for me).
