Great boot but I upgrade the insole. This is my second pair and im a hands on GC in Utah. I work new construction and remodels and these boots are great. I like them better than Brunt and they last. My last pair was over 2 years although they were hammered. Just picked up another pair and fitted them with some custom insoles. Very happy with this boot and will probably pick up another pair in 2 years. The sole wears somewhat quick but thats what you get when it's a non- slip sole that doesnt track mud everywhere. I just purchased these sneakers and I am pleasantly surprised at how comfortable these shoes are. I have never had any safety toe shoe or boot be this comfortable. I also like the fact that you can slip them on and off without having to tie and untie them every time, which is super convenient for the application for where I am wearing them. When I first got them out of the box they felt heavy but when they are on your feet they are not heavy at all but like wearing regular sneakers with the benefit of the safety toe. I am more than pleased with the purchase of these shoes and I would highly recommend them to anyone requiring a safety toe shoe in their work application especially if you do a lot of walking and comfort is something you are also looking for.

If I had to complain the outer side of the arch support is very high which has been painful for the first hundred hours or so of wear but it's getting better as it collapses. I 've been wearing Timberland Pro's for the last 8 years but decided it was time for a change because there is n't enough protection from corn formation. With these I do n't feel rubbing on the top of my feet. The cushioned wedge makes it easier to be on my feet for 8- 12 hour long days. The strings are light weight and do not dangle ridiculously long they 're perfect. The only thing I would love for them to add is a cushion barrier on the inside of the boot that wraps along the ankle. Carhartt got rid of these for quite some time and I was forced to go to another company to replace my work boots which sucked, happy to see these are back up. I have already bought these 4- 5 times, union outdoor electrician with very few options as a woman in the field. These have a great fit for me, comfortable and no need to break in before wearing all day, no tight toe box. I wish they made this boot with some insulation for winter but these are my preferred boot of companies I 've tried. Please Carhartt, do n't take these brown work boots away again!!

I bought these boots in 2021 and 2 years later they are still in good shape. I wear these for work, hiking, and just out and about and they are comfortable and lightweight for safety boots. They need to be broken in for at least several days in the beginning and any time you go a few weeks without wearing them. The only noticeable wear is the sides have weakened out a little and fold slightly and the rubber traction on the bottom is wearing out after lots of time on gravel roads and rough terrain. One downside is they are not waterproof do have water seep in if you are hosing them down or stepping through deep enough water, so I wear different boots for that. The photos are what they look like after 2 YEARS of constant wear and tear on a construction site.

I got these 2 years ago and yesterday I was at the beach with my wife. I wore these boots to the Santa Monica beach in CA. Before you ask, I hate sandals and shorts, I will not wear them. As I walked with my wife by the shore, I avoided the waves because I did not want my boots to get wet. Well, my wife was enjoying the ocean water when she thought it would be funny to hold me in place as the wave hit my boots. They got wet and submerged to about the 6 '' mark. My feet were dry. I was confused and surprised, they did not let any ocean water in at all. So I figured, why not and I pushed it further, with about 3 second intervals of waves, they survived. Until the water went above the 8 inch height and then my socks got wet, which is understandable. So I wanted to write a review because it deserved a review because it did a great job preventing water from getting in. It was kind of fun to be honest but the salt is not great afterwards.

I have not used the boots very long yet but the fit feels great u can see the quality of the boots i will definitly try a pair of work boots too

they are a good fit comfortable and do seem to be waterproof so far, I am in the farming business and my feet stay dry, only drawback is an occasional soar from a rub below my ankle but that could be a socks issue. Can not rate durability or quality as only been wearing them 2 weeks

I bought these boots for my son. Once we got the correct size( no shoe to try on in store) they were perfect. My son recently went on a winter retreat where they spent almost the entire weekend outside, sledding, horseback riding, broom ball tournament, hiking, etc. And his feet were the warmest they have ever been at this event. Should his feet continue to grow we will definitely get a replacement pair.

The best slip- on boots I 've ever owned. I 've worn this one pair, probably 300 of 365 days a year for the last 5 years. I replaced the insoles at year 3 but thats it. Amazing.

This is the best lasting boot I 've ever had. Most of the time I have to buy new ones after 6 mos due to the soles wearing out. Over a year later, these are still great. Waterproof is great.
