[ There is a lot to really like about this jacket. Water and wind resistant fabric, lightweight, perfect as an extra layer for those cool mornings or evenings. I tend to bring a jacket with me where ever I go so I love that it is packable. Other packable jackets I 've tried can feel cheap or flimsy, but what I like most about this jacket is that there is no compromise quality of the material- it still feels great when I wear it. Thoughtful touches with the zipper design to keep rain out, the bungie cords at the waist for a more secure fit, and vented back to help with breathability really bring functionality to this piece. If there was one thing I would change about this jacket is the cut; the length is a little too cropped and the sleeves a bit baggy for me personally, but I know that's the style and it can work great for others.

This jacket is more than I could have hoped for. I operate a snowplow at a ski resort at night during storms clearing parking lots. When I get out of the tractor into what is frequently a howling blizzard, this keeps me warm, sealed and protected. It's loose enough that I can wear layers underneath if it's really cold and the whole thing is lined with nylon so there is no binding at all. The hood and zipper come up to just the right place on my chin to be functional without hindering. And when it's wet snow or rain, it runs right off and I stay dry. Amazingly comfortable. This will be my 3rd time purchasing the Antora Rain Jacket for my son! He likes that it's warm inside but can also layer it if needed. He's always dry when out rainy season kicks in!

Great coat for my 9yo son. He absolutely loves it! It is definitely warm enough to wear through the winter but not extremely heavy. It is more lightweight, which is great because my son can easily roll it up and stuff it in his backpack if he wants. Great transition from his `` little kid '' North Face coat to his big kid look.

This is the jacket I ’ ve been looking for. I ’ m 6 ’ 1 ” 220lbs and the XXL fits perfectly. It ’s comfortable and looks good. Haven ’ t tested it in the rain yet, but seems like it ’ ll hold up. Strong material and great quality.
