I logged online, bought one and it arrived in a couple of days. I had immediate relief from pain. After 5- 6 uses, the pain and achiness are almost gone. Using the large trigger point pads and the adhesive is degrading quickly. Buy more pads while they 're in stock. That's the only bad part of this unit so far. I started working out again and my hip was killing me. I do have hip dysplasia and my trainer recommended me to use this before and after my workouts at the gym. I love the “ leg squeezers ” as well as the hip attachment because the pressure is adjustable, the leg pieces are long enough for long legged folks, and I especially adore the zone focus, so you can get a little extra squeeze in the areas that need it most. Another bonus is that the main unit has a chargeable battery. If you plan ahead you don ’ t even need to be near an outlet!( Post ride trail side!) the charge lasts long enough for a full hour of squeeze time, with plenty left for another session.
