Most comfortable boots I 've ever owned. When I first put these on in the store, I had to run a couple laps up and down the isles, simply because they were so comfortable. Better than any running shoe I 've used. I bought these last year for a 9 day canoe camping trip in the Canadian wilderness, and these puppies kept up. I 've continued to use them for hiking, climbing, urbex, and rucking. Still no complaints. Do not buy these if you plan on keeping your feet dry. It's simply not what they 're made for. Unless you 're walking through water where your boot is fully submerged, I would n't go for these if you 're only walking through deep puddles or shallow water, as your socks will get wet. The whole purpose of this shoe is to drain quickly and dry quickly. Very rarely do you get excited to use a pair of boots, but these will get you excited to go out and play. Not endorsed, just love my boots. Its a shame they 're being discontinued.

These are a replacement pair for the same boot style i bought 2 years ago, They fit the same as the old ones. Just needed some new ones due to getting deer blood on the previous pair. I work in a metal fabrication shop and I walk on/through metal shavings, oil, dirt, water, all that good stuff all day every day. These shoes are very durable, they dont stain easy, and are comfortable. The only thing I would like is if these came in steel square toe, or if maybe these came more to a point. Worth the money, for me they lasted little over than a year but I work 12 hour shifts between 40- 60 hrs a week in a recycling plant in AZ and we are exposed to kinda harsh conditions daily( dry/dusty areas and wet areas with puddles too), not too mention the +100 degree summer temps we get so they worked fine for me. I just purchased these sneakers and I am pleasantly surprised at how comfortable these shoes are. I have never had any safety toe shoe or boot be this comfortable. I also like the fact that you can slip them on and off without having to tie and untie them every time, which is super convenient for the application for where I am wearing them. When I first got them out of the box they felt heavy but when they are on your feet they are not heavy at all but like wearing regular sneakers with the benefit of the safety toe. I am more than pleased with the purchase of these shoes and I would highly recommend them to anyone requiring a safety toe shoe in their work application especially if you do a lot of walking and comfort is something you are also looking for.

Great fit, easy on and off but stays put while moving around, these are definitely stretch fit, the laces seem to be decorative in my opinion. Materials seem durable so far, I especially appreciate the extra protection around the `` accidentally kicked a pallet corner '' area. If I had to complain the outer side of the arch support is very high which has been painful for the first hundred hours or so of wear but it's getting better as it collapses. Easily, this is the best pair of work boots I 've ever purchased. I work in IT and while it may sound like I sit at a desk behind a computer screen, I assure you, I am climbing, squatting, lifting, pulling, in cramped quarters, outside, on roof tops, in dirty crawl spaces... All in the PNW, so rain is a constant concern and not only are these incredibly comfortable but they 're sturdy, allowing me to feel confident that my boots will hold up under whatever pressure I put on them, keeping my feet, warm and dry. Buy a half a size lower for slip- ons and you 'll never have to worry about them getting too loose from wear and tear over time. I have two pairs now, the black pair and now the brown ones. I 've had this boot for a little less than a year and they have changed my daily life. These boots are of the upmost comfort and quality, hands down my favorite pair to throw on and let life take me to where I need to go. At first I was skeptical of such a modern take on the classic square toe, I have never owned a pair of derby boots or chelseas before this and they seriously go on the foot like a breeze. I work on my feet all day and never once did I experience blisters or cramps or any such ailment. The leather is quality and solid, something only Durango can provide. Their scuffed and mud crusted and yet they still have that classic leather smell like they just came out of the box. Love these boots, I went true to size though they are a bit more narrow than I 'm used to. These are the most comfortable work boots I 've ever had. I 've been wearing Timberland Pro's for the last 8 years but decided it was time for a change because there is n't enough protection from corn formation. With these I do n't feel rubbing on the top of my feet. The cushioned wedge makes it easier to be on my feet for 8- 12 hour long days. The strings are light weight and do not dangle ridiculously long they 're perfect. The only thing I would love for them to add is a cushion barrier on the inside of the boot that wraps along the ankle. I 'm glad a made the switch to Carhartt for working boots and use Timberland for what they 're known best for, just fashion. Thank you from a proud hardworking Detroiter.

These boots are amazing! I ’ m used to buying boots from the big box stores and they are stiff, uncomfortable, and seem to dry out fairly quickly. My Chore Cool boots are anything but that! These are the first pair of boots I ’ ve been able to comfortably walk in, even without socks. Always wore long socks to buffer my ankles, but these are comfortable enough to wear barefoot! I have been looking for a Non- Slip Work Shoe/Boot for 15 years and I think I hit the Jackpot!!! I have been a Georgia Boot Customer since I was in high school and could afford to splurge on my own boots so I am a huge fan. Well first off these are Lightweight and at the end of the day you don ’ t feel like a horse shedding a saddle. They slip off and my feet feel great. I did put my arch supports in and these boots picked up where my other Georgia boots left off. The soles of the boots grip well on many surfaces and the tops have a nice feel and not too restrictive also. I ordered a half size bigger, since I wear wool soaks for added cushion on my feet. Now the only draw back is I wish they were a little narrower by a little. These feel like they are wide instead of a standard width. Again, my wool soaks help make up for some of the looseness but it is not a deal breaker by no means. Thus far for everyday work boots for someone who is on their feet a lot on concrete, these have done really well.

I got these 2 years ago and yesterday I was at the beach with my wife. I wore these boots to the Santa Monica beach in CA. Before you ask, I hate sandals and shorts, I will not wear them. As I walked with my wife by the shore, I avoided the waves because I did not want my boots to get wet. Well, my wife was enjoying the ocean water when she thought it would be funny to hold me in place as the wave hit my boots. They got wet and submerged to about the 6 '' mark. My feet were dry. I was confused and surprised, they did not let any ocean water in at all. So I figured, why not and I pushed it further, with about 3 second intervals of waves, they survived. Until the water went above the 8 inch height and then my socks got wet, which is understandable. So I wanted to write a review because it deserved a review because it did a great job preventing water from getting in. It was kind of fun to be honest but the salt is not great afterwards.

I work in a steel warehouse for a ten hours a day and comfort is a must for me. I have been wearing these boots for the past five months and since day these boots have been the most comfortable boots ever. The first day I wore here boots for my full shift without problems and these boots felt like they had been worked in for months before. These boots have been through mud, snow, ice and I have had no problems with traction or warmth. I have had a 800+ pound hot rolled steel bar( scaled from the foundry and roughed outside covering) fall and give a glancing blow to my left heel and there wasn ’ t any marks on the heel of the boot. Boots are very comfortable. Little to no break in time. They have a great arch support for when your standing for long hours. I have had them for a couple have held up through rain, mud, dust, dirt, snow. They are water proof. My feet we ’ re slightly damp standing in torrential down pours for my job but after what I was in I doubt any boot is that waterproof…. They are starting to wear out though. I mean I do put them through rough stuff but I don ’ t expect these to last 6 months in the toughest of conditions.

The Carhartt Ironwood boots fit exactly right, and are unexpectedly comfortable. The soles absorb shock and are comfortable all day. The insulation is just right too. My feet usually sweat in boots, but stayed very warm did not sweat in these. The only improvement I would make is to use something other than hiking boot laces.
