I always have knee soreness with other sneakers, but I wore these all 7 days of our trip and did n't have any knee pain whatsoever! I 'm so impressed. They are water resistant which is a huge plus, they wiped clean and look new even after going through a couple downpours. The tread was sturdy on slippery cobblestone streets, too. While I initially bought my regular size, they felt a tad long so I returned and got a half size down in a Wide and they fit perfectly. Shoes have good grip, feel comfortable, and have enough support for long walks. I would n't run in these personally. The shoe's tongue will crease on the top of your foot a little bit but once you break it in it's less of an issue. Happy with the simple design.

I ’ ve bought Reebok Nano 6 ’s for years and they ’ ve been great for CrossFit workouts. I recently switched to more HIIT workouts and really felt the need for more cushioning- especially going from box jumps to sprints and more. All have worn well unless I try to take them off without undoing the laces, or scrape them on concrete. I wear mine daily. I have narrow feet with exceptionally high arches.
