I bought this two weeks ago after experiencing some upper back and neck pain. A coworker brought one to work to use for lower back pain and said it helped. I logged online, bought one and it arrived in a couple of days. I had immediate relief from pain. After 5- 6 uses, the pain and achiness are almost gone. Using the large trigger point pads and the adhesive is degrading quickly. Buy more pads while they 're in stock. That's the only bad part of this unit so far. There are reviews online complaining that the units fail after a couple of months. So far, so good with this one.

These have become a key part of running recovery for me and my partner. I also love to use them after a long shift at the hospital, my legs always feel heavy after a shift and this seems to help get the blood/lymph moving. The only downside is that my legs are not very long( I 'm 5' 6 '') so my feet do n't go all the way into the boot area. If you 're any shorter than me, I would look into an option for shorter legs, as I imagine that having your foot in a neutral position would be a bit more comfortable. Overall, great product!

I have been dealing with some patellar femoral knee pain. I purchased this because I know someone who has had knee issues and it's been a game changer. I can say from experience it's one of the best recovery devices I have ever used. I use the contrast therapy for post workouts and I feel it works. Its unique speed and consistency of changing from cold to hot multiple times is so valuable. The app has a ton of features I have not had a chance to use yet. I can say for certain it's a great piece of equipment. My only criticism is, the battery only lasts about 1 hour. So I 'm charging it more than I would like. Overall I would recommend 10 out of 10!

I started working out again and my hip was killing me. I do have hip dysplasia and my trainer recommended me to use this before and after my workouts at the gym. Well, I decided to purchase one so I could use it at home since it helped so much when I was at the gym. I continued to use it whenever my hip pain flared up again it definitely helps more than taking Advil or pain relievers. Warning though, you definitely have to have to roll right on the area that is the root of the pain. It will seem to hurt more for a bit but then subside. I also use this for my back.
