As someone with a lot of foot problems, finding shoes that are comfortable, supportive, and that look nice had been a challenge. After trying similar LL Bean and Timberland shoes, I finally got the Moab 3 from Merrell. After 4 years of daily use and frequent outdoors activity including outings with my son's scout troop, the upper started to crack where my foot flexes. The sole and lining was still in good condition with reasonable wear. With a rainy camping trip looming, I got the replacement pair and have been just as happy with the new shoes as I had been with the old ones. This boot the sizing has changed slightly they are smaller in the toe box. I went with a half size larger but I probably could have stayed with my regular size 10 and just broke them in. They are to me a light version on the quest boots that are much heavier and clunck than these. I 've bought a few different salomon hiking boots over the years and you ca n't go wrong if you are a day hiker with these they are agile and do n't slip dry or wet they get the job done and protect your feet in every situation. These have become my go to shoes. I teach elementary school children in an outdoor classroom and wearing hiking boots can get kind of cumbersome. These have the same vibran soles, heavy tread and waterproof uppers and are lighter to wear. I highly recommend. True to size with a roomy and comfortable toe box. Snug enough on a narrow heel.

These shoes are very sturdy yet comfortable. Not one hot spot or blister from day one. Have n't been out in the rain with them yet but hopefully they will be waterproof as advertised. Great tread on them too. Would recommend.

I usually remove the original footbed& add my arch support. With these I had to leave in the footbed& add my arch support on top. The shoe isn ’ t too long for my foot either.

I 've been using these for my outdoor gardening and landscaping projects and my initial impression was shock at just how comfortable they were. In using them, working all day, my feet were n't sore like they have been with other boots. I absolutely loved that I could just straight hose them off at the end of the day, when they say waterproof, they mean waterproof. Not just part of the boot, the whole thing. 10/10 would recommend. Pro tip, get a size bigger than your normal size, and if it's not snug enough, pick up an insole to add in it.

Boot wearer
These have been my everyday wear for 8 months, and i couldnt have asked for a better pair of boots. Great fit, comfort, traction, and more durable than I expected. I work in Construction and wear them everyday, I also wear them while hiking, fishing, and hunting. I would say i am on my feet and wearing these boots for 15+ hours a day. I would definitely recommend this boot.

I purchase these hikers for a trip to Caprock Canyons in Texas, and they did not disappoint. Hiked a really tough terrain for over 8 miles, and these were comfortable the entire time. I have another popular brand of hikers, that I do like as well, however, these did not make my feet sweat like my others do, and they were not as heavy as my others, so due to that fact, I love these Salomon X Ultta 360 hikers. The toe box is wide, the build is great. Highly recommend.
