I bought this two weeks ago after experiencing some upper back and neck pain. A coworker brought one to work to use for lower back pain and said it helped. I logged online, bought one and it arrived in a couple of days. I had immediate relief from pain. After 5- 6 uses, the pain and achiness are almost gone. Using the large trigger point pads and the adhesive is degrading quickly. Buy more pads while they 're in stock. That's the only bad part of this unit so far. I ’ ve had the Hyperice Venom 2 for over a year now. It works very well and lasts around 110 minutes on the highest heat and constant vibration settings. I rarely use anything other than the constant vibration, the on/off settings don ’ t do much for me. I appreciate how quickly this item heats up, it is much faster than a traditional back pad. The one gripe I have with it is that this is very fit to use on the lower back, I have had upper back pain in the past and this does not cover that area easily. I started working out again and my hip was killing me. I do have hip dysplasia and my trainer recommended me to use this before and after my workouts at the gym. Well, I decided to purchase one so I could use it at home since it helped so much when I was at the gym. I continued to use it whenever my hip pain flared up again it definitely helps more than taking Advil or pain relievers. Warning though, you definitely have to have to roll right on the area that is the root of the pain. It will seem to hurt more for a bit but then subside. I also use this for my back. I bought this ball at Dicks about a year ago. And i have yet to use it for my feet! Little did i know what this little wonder could do for my hands!!! I work with my hands always, and the stress and strain can be brutal. Gripping, pulling, pushing all day can take its toll. I 've actually gone to one of those mall,( asian) massage business's just to get hand massages. And they were great, but wondered why i would just go in just for my hands.
