I ’ ve bought Reebok Nano 6 ’s for years and they ’ ve been great for CrossFit workouts. I recently switched to more HIIT workouts and really felt the need for more cushioning- especially going from box jumps to sprints and more. I bought the metcons in both 8. 5( my normal size) and 9 ’s as people said to size up. They were comfortable and had more cushioning yet the same stability as my metcons but the sizing was a bit weird. My normal size felt a little bit tighter/smaller but the 9 ’s felt huge. The Nike MC Trainer 3 is my favorite of the three styles of Nike trainers that I own. It is very comfortable with lots of cushioning, including padded tongue and all around the top. I like the sturdy pull- on tab on the back plus toe cap on the front. The shoelaces are round, just the right length, and stay tied. The lateral support is supurb making my BOSU ball workout easier. If I were designing them, I would probably add a bit more arch support, although they are adequate. Other reviewers have mentioned that they are rather plain, and that is true. Mine are gray, and the green on the bottom is a soft green so the silver metallic swoosh on the sides is a welcome touch. I 'd definitely buy this shoe again, especially if it comes out in all- black with black sole.

What stops me from giving 5/5 starts is that although it offers an excellent fell and fits like a glove around your foot, I would have liked better support/fit around the ankle( the opening seems to need a bit more cushioning like the Air Max has to offer). These are tremendous shoes. I was a little concerned initially that they were going to be too much cushion. Incredibly comfortable shoes. Super light and look great. I ’ ve seen comments that these run small. I don ’ t find that to be the case.

I ordered these because I had been wanting some tan running shoes to walk or jog with my dog, go to the local riverwalk, etc. I basically wanted something that would be functional and also look good with shorts or leggings. When I tried these shoes on I was absolutely amazed at how comfortable they are. Hands down the most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever owned. I also did not realize that the tan shoes have a sparkly/glittery section around the heel that is SO cute and really glistens under lighting at night. I want to buy a second pair of these just in case something happens to these. After experiencing heel pain similar to a time where I had plantar fasciitis I immediately scheduled time with a doctor at Twin Cities Orthopedics. He found that while I did not have plantar fasciitis I needed to strengthen my foot muscles& use an insole that would provide better arch support. Among the options he recommended was the Superfeet brand. I started using them& found some immediate relief for the pain. Between the insoles& exercised I have received noticable relief that keeps improving. Very pleased with the product to this point. Whether they stand the test of time has yet to be determined, so far so good.
