Shoes have good grip, feel comfortable, and have enough support for long walks. I would n't run in these personally. I ’ ve bought Reebok Nano 6 ’s for years and they ’ ve been great for CrossFit workouts. I recently switched to more HIIT workouts and really felt the need for more cushioning- especially going from box jumps to sprints and more. I bought the metcons in both 8. 5( my normal size) and 9 ’s as people said to size up. They were comfortable and had more cushioning yet the same stability as my metcons but the sizing was a bit weird. My normal size felt a little bit tighter/smaller but the 9 ’s felt huge. Great customer service. I have been into Dick ’s a few times recently with my very picky 13 yo son. Both times the salesperson went way out of their way to find something that would work for my son. I ’ ve worn many pairs of basketball sneakers in my life. I have much more expensive pairs in my arsenal. These sneakers initially felt a little narrow to me, but after a week of wearing them, they were broken in perfectly. I can honestly say that I am shocked at how great they are. Never expected it. They are comfortable, supportive, and incredibly stable. The grip is possibly the best I ’ ve ever had. The style isn ’ t necessarily my favorite, but the form and function can ’ t be beat.

Great lifting/training shoe. I wasn ’ t initially sold on the design coming from the 8, but once I got them in hand it grew on me immediately. They look great, feel more stable than the 8 ’s, and have a little more toe room. One additional thing to note is that the traction pattern is way better on the 9, as my 8 ’s toe traction ripped after repeatedly doing planks. It seems like that will not happen with the 9.

This is a great shoe for cross training. This is my third pair and I have been very happy with each purchase. Break in time is zero. You can literally take them out of the box and workout. Only negative is not great for running long distance but fine for sprints.

The only thing that I 'm disappointed in is that I did n't try these until right before the Vaporfly 4 replaces them. Absolutely loved these on my marathon training long runs and looking forward to wearing them in my first marathon. I also crushed my 5K PR in these shoes so I 'm loving how versatile and comfortable they are. Looking forward to trying out the Vaporfly 4 next! I followed the recommendation to size 1/2 size up and I 'm glad that I did. My feet are moderately wide so they fit perfectly!

Been wearing the Ultra Boost for a few years and like the new years model. I ’ m glad they are back to the solid rubber sole. My older ones had lots of sole tread issues and I was constantly super glueing the different sections bad down. These feel great, good width and toe box. Like the simple white and orange logo.

Bought these for pickleball because they are a court shoes. Own several pairs of OC shoes so knew the quality and comfort was consistent with the brand. These do n't disappoint.
